Cancellation and Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, orders must be canceled within one hour of placement. Refunds for cancellations made within this period will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days. To cancel the order, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Returns / Replacement

  • Damages Caused By the Shipping / Delivery Partner.
  • If the Product is lost in transit.

Customized Orders

  • As our customized products are made to order based on your specific requirements, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We cannot allow changes once the Order is Placed. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for custom orders.
